Desert Botanical Garden Visit

I recently made another visit to Desert Botanical Garden and had a wonderful time viewing the Chihuly pieces that are there through May 18.  This is the second time he has had work at the Garden and the installations were just as impressive as the first visit.  I took several pictures of the installations for myself and they turned out so nicely.  I snapped a couple of fun photos with my iPhone while walking around as well and here they are.  Please keep in mind I am continuously adding work to my Red Bubble profile if you see photos you would like to purchase prints of.  If you see something here that isn't on Red Bubble, please leave a note in the comments and I can add the work to Red Bubble.

Sunrise

I will warn you not to get concerned that I will only be sharing cloud and sky pictures.  I have fallen away from taking photos in the past few months and I'm not too pleased with myself for that.  I have become busy with life and need to try to take more time for myself to be able to get back to something that I really enjoy.  Most likely, future posts will have more pictures and less words.  We'll let this sunrise symbolize a beginning of more posts and pictures.

Here We Go

What's the best way to start out?  Probably by sharing my favorite photo (other than one of my dog) that I have taken so far.  The great thing about this photo?  I just snapped it on my iPhone when I was heading home from seeing a movie with some friends.  The sunset was spectacular, as is often the case, and I just happened to be heading by Tempe Town Lake.  I'm glad I stopped or I wouldn't have captured this photo.  I shared it on Instagram and was lucky enough that another user chose it as the @InstagramAZ photo of the day.  I would love to hear your comments about the photo and hear what you think.  Thanks for checking me out.  Come back often for updates and new work that I've shared.  You can always check me out on Instagram as well: @Averycc
